Today we continued to learn the time-telling. We learned how to express "at" a certain time. We did three listening comprehension activities. They focused on understanding the new vocabulary when it is spoken. We also finished mas practica 15-16 which dealt with the time-telling.
Today I took a quiz over the pronunciation of the new vocabulary and the verb "ir". The time-telling was introduced to me. I did page 132 #9 and page 140 #1.
Today we practiced the pronunciation of the dialogues on pages 124-125. I know that we will have a quiz over this tomorrow. We also reviewed the verb "ir". I know that i will have a quiz over the conjugations of this verb.
Today we completed the mas practica worksheet Actividades 7-11. We also completed pages 130-131 6-8. These were turned in for grading.

Today we practiced the pronunciation of the dialogues on pages 124-125 A, B, C, D and E. We will have a pronunciation quiz on these next week on Wednesday. We began working on the mas practica worksheet that goes with the vocabulary. The verb "ir"- to go was introduced. We will work with this verb tomorrow.
Today we listened to the CD that goes along with the textbook. The native speakers modeled the pronunciation of the new vocabulary words. We also went over the assignment from yesterday. We did 3, 4 and 5 on page 128-129. We did all three with partners and spoke and wrote down the answers.
Today we began Unidad 2.2. We looked at the major topics we will be learning in this section. . . 1. Time-telling 2. The verb "ir" 3. The verb "estar" 4. The interrogative words (question words) Our assignment was pg. 124-125 writing a vocabulary list of the blue font words (Spanish-English). Page 128 Parte A 1 and 2. This needs to be turned in tomorrow.
